An early morning start from Rockies Heli near Nordegg had as worrying about the temperatures. It was definitely well below 0C despite being mid-september. Welcome to the Canadian Rockies! Laura and Jason toughened up and we flew in to the stunning ceremony location. Luckily there was an inversion so it wasn't too bad up high! A pit stop for photos at Peyto Lake afterwards was the icing on the cake of a beautiful helicopter elopement.
Samantha and Danny had an early morning helicopter photoshoot on their wedding day before heading back in to Canmore for a full wedding and reception at the Malcom Hotel.
Ashley and Lucas flew with Alpine Helicopters out of Canmore for a full helicopter wedding during Covid. They even brought up their closest family for the trip, a little hike and the wedding ceremony.
After tying the knot at the top of Kicking Horse Mountain in Golden, BC, Tyler and Kara jumped on a helicopter and we flew out for a stunning smokey photoshoot at a nearby alpine lake. Then we rushed back and landed at the top of Kicking Horse for the reception. Talk about arriving in style.
